We do not multiply the interlocutors: we coordinate them. We do not replace the existing councils: we make them dialogue.

Mike Vitalien
I stand by the side of women and men, strategic decision-makers whose choices shape trajectories, teams, sometimes heritages.
My role: articulate, connect, translate, with rigor, loyalty and discretion. To transform complexity into a clear trajectory, and preserve what is worth lasting.
Why did I create Mentorium Partners?
Because in a first life, I learned listening and empathy. In a second, I learned finance, strategy, structuring. And I quickly understood that the two were inseparable.
I created this house in my image, with what I would have liked to find: a demanding advice, discreet, but deeply human.
A bond of trust between a leader and his advisor. Not a technical report, but a space where we can think, decide, structure, without having to overplay the mastery. Mentorium Partners is the link between rigour and accuracy, between strategic vision and free speech.
